William D. Morean

Chairman

Mr. Morean has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since 1988 and as a director since 1978.

Mr. Morean joined Jabil in 1977 and assumed management of day-to-day operations the following year. Mr. Morean was Chief Executive Officer from 1988 to September 2000.

Mr. Morean has also served as Jabil's President and Vice President and held various operating positions with Jabil.
