As Global Commodity Manager — Molecular Diagnostics for Jabil Healthcare, Wendy Browning serves the division's customers with supply chain operations and sourcing expertise across a range of precision medicine product applications, including liquid biopsy, next-generation sequencing (NGS), companion diagnostics (CDx) and molecular point-of-care testing (MDxT).
In her cross-sector role, Wendy has established prime supplier relationships with the industry's best to minimize risk, optimize results and collaboratively define commercialization strategies — from ideation to development and delivery of testing advancements — that improve patient outcomes across a range of care delivery settings.
Wendy's focus on strategic qualification for alternative materials and sourcing of supply adhering to ISO 13485 medical device regulations has been instrumental in establishing Jabil Healthcare as a trusted, end-to-end reagent solutions provider with specialized capabilities for IVD medical device production and manufacturing.
Prior to joining Jabil in 2020, Wendy directed procurement and supply chain strategy for leading biotechnology and clinical research foundations. Based out of Jabil's Auburn Hills, Michigan, facility, Wendy earned a Bachelor of Science in Genomics and Molecular Genetics from Michigan State University.
