May Yap is Jabil's Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Senior Vice President. Splitting her time between USA and Singapore, she oversees IT operations worldwide across over 100 Jabil sites. She spearheads strategic enterprise-wide digital transformation programs aligned with the company’s digital factory ambitions.
Backed by deep-rooted leadership experience across IT management, operations, governance, and talent strategies, May is passionate about establishing efficiencies between Information, Engineering, and Operation technologies to create an agile, innovative, and resilient organization.
May’s work is well recognized in the industry and worldwide. She is an honoree on Forbes’ inaugural CIO Next list. In 2021, May was awarded IDC’s Asia Pacific and Singapore CIO of the Year and received AMCHAM Singapore’s HERo Awards for advancing women leaders at Jabil.
Chase Christensen
Vice President of Information Technology, Jabil
Chase Christensen is Vice President of Information Technology for Jabil as business unit CIO. Chase joined Jabil in 2009 after a stint as Director of SAP Support and Initiatives in the homebuilding and construction industry.
During his time as director, he oversaw the implementation of and ongoing maintenance of SAP while also being responsible for supporting and managing their enterprise infrastructure.
Before his current role as VP, Chase served as Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture, where he was responsible for technology governance, strategic alignment, software engineering, incubation and technology adoption for the enterprise.
Based in St. Petersburg, Florida, USA, Chase has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, holding multiple leadership positions. He has a long and successful track record of improving the business, aligning IT to business strategies, and driving continual operational efficiencies for his business partners.
Anousheh Ansari

Anousheh Ansari has served as a director of Jabil since January 2016. She also serves on the board of directors of XOS, Inc., a manufacturer of electric commercial vehicles, since 2021.
In 2018, Ms. Ansari was appointed Chief Executive Officer of XPRIZE, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that designs and implements competition models to solve world challenges.
From 2006 to 2018, Ms. Ansari served as the Chief Executive Officer and continues to serve as the Chair of Prodea Systems, a privately held company she founded, which provides services and applications for in-home smart devices, networked appliances and mobile lifestyle devices.
Ms. Ansari was the first female private space explorer. Ms. Ansari holds a B.S. in electronics and computer engineering from George Mason University and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from George Washington University.
Danny Smith
Principal Strategist, AWS
Danny is AWS’ Principal Strategist for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, with global responsibility for Automotive, Industrial, and Manufacturing Industries. He serves as a strategic advisor for customers at the intersection of artificial intelligence and digital transformation, helping them improve decision-making by leveraging advanced algorithms and technology to improve outcomes.
Lately, most of his conversations have been on democratizing machine learning, especially over the last 18+ months on the potential and reality of generative AI. Danny has a B.S. in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a M.S. in Decision Sciences from Georgia State University.
