Jabil Expands Manufacturing Footprint in Silicon Valley

Regional economies are highly impacted by manufacturing, partly due to the productivity gained through automation and advanced technologies within the sector since 2001. According to the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis, manufacturing generates $1.40 in economic activity for every dollar invested.

With the Grand Oaks and Blue Sky facilities in San Jose, Jabil has been contributing to the local economy for the last 30 years, empowering brands that empower the world.

“We have been a fixture in San Jose’s capital equipment manufacturing community for three decades,” said Craig Trotter, Vice President of Jabil's Capital Equipment Sector. “We are committed to meeting the growing and diversifying needs of engineering teams and customers in Silicon Valley and beyond.”
