On April 18th, Jabil was recognized by John Deere as Partner-Level Supplier for 2016 and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in the John Deere Achieving Excellence Program. Suppliers who participate in the Achieving Excellence program are evaluated annually in several key performance categories, including quality, cost management, delivery, technical support and wavelength – a measure of the supplier’s responsiveness. John Deere Supply Management created the program in 1991 to provide a supplier evaluation and feedback process that promotes continuous improvement.
“Customer experience is a primary focus of our organization and we are committed to providing the highest-quality engagement. We are honored to be recognized by John Deere as a Partner-Level Supplier and inductee into its Hall of Fame,” said Lisa Bahash, Jabil’s senior vice president, Automotive & Transportation.
Jabil was selected for the honor in recognition of its dedication to providing products and service of outstanding quality as well as its commitment to continuous improvement. Members of the Jabil Automotive & Transportation team accepted the recognition during formal ceremonies held in Moline, Illinois.
