Our People & Communities
The long-term prosperity of our business relies on the wellbeing and development of our employees and communities. We invest in many programs that foster a respectful and inclusive environment for all, while also uplifting the communities where we operate through meaningful involvement and initiatives. Jabil is proud of its welcoming and inclusive attitude toward all colleagues, and we support active participation in our local communities.
Our People & Communities Focus Areas

Respect & Inclusivity
Our global workforce is made up of employees from different cultures, experiences, and generations. These various perspectives and backgrounds contribute an enriching mix of talent and expertise. Jabil runs multiple programs that support our employees with disabilities, invests in personal growth through internships and mentorship programs, and promotes employee wellbeing. At Jabil, we celebrate our differences and know they make us stronger.

Employee Health & Well-being
Our employees’ health and safety are top priorities at Jabil. To ensure we are on track, Jabil conducts a company-wide survey, regional focus groups, and one-on-one interviews for employee feedback. From this extensive input, leadership teams develop Action Plans to address the whole person through programs for mental health, healthy nutrition, medical checks, sporting events, fitness, and yoga.

Human Rights
Jabil is committed to conducting our business with uncompromising integrity and we continue to be trusted by the world’s leading brands as a partner in realizing their product visions. The Jabil Code of Conduct provides guiding principles on how we interact with each other, our customers and suppliers, and the world in which we operate. Jabil also adheres to the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct, the world’s largest industry coalition dedicated to corporate social responsibility in global supply chains.

Community Volunteerism
Giving back to our local communities has been a core element of Jabil’s culture since our founding in 1966. At our sites around the world, Jabil has a strong commitment to local community involvement. Between the “Your Day, Your Cause“ paid time off for full-time employees, contributions to local causes, and community service events, our employees donate hundreds of thousands of volunteer hours to their communities each year.
